What about damaged goods ?
For those rare situations when you land up receiving a damaged good, please send a digital photograph and details describing the damage to support@pantryperks.com as soon as you can and we will make good on the purchase. No Questions Asked.
What about goods that have not arrived
We will issue a refund for lost in transit shipments that are not delivered to the final destination. However, we won’t be able to issue a refund for packages where a delivery confirmation has been received from the shipping carrier.
What about manufacturer defects?
We will issue a refund for a defect claim such as a missing safety seal or no label. Quality complaints due to taste, touch or smell are generally reported to the manufacturer for a warranty claim. We would be happy to help in such cases by forwarding your complaint alongwith evidence and adding credit to your account.
How much time do I have to ask for a return?
If for any reason you want to return products bought from us, just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@pantryperks.com with subject line ‘Returns’ and we will jump into action . Read our complete Returns Policy here
Do I have to pay for return shipping ?
No. We will provide you with a free return shipping label, if your products qualify for a return.
Do you charge a re-stocking fee ?
No, we don’t charge for a re-stocking fee If your products qualify for a return.
What products are excluded from returns?
Certain merchandise categories such as opened perishable items, opened intimate or sanitary goods, opened personal care items, opened cosmetics, digital downloads, gift cards or items above 8 lbs in volume are excluded from our Returns policy.

For items above 8lbs in volume, we will apply store credit of upto 20% of the price paid upon proof of damage. We won’t be able to honor Buyer’s remorse (when a customer changes his/her mind after purchase) on such products.


What carriers do you use to ship products ?
We ship by ground by the following shipment methods:
  • USPS First Class Parcel
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS Ground
  • UPS SurePost
We aim to maximize on efficiencies in the supply chain so our shipping software rate shops when your finished package is weighed and selects the most economical method of shipping based on weight and destination.
What is the expected delivery time?
We are an American company and our warehouses are based in New York, Pennsylvania and California (providing jobs there!) . So we are able to reach your products typically within 3-4 days from the day you place your order.

MyPerks Program

How do you finance the multiple cash-backs in the MyPerks program?
We are a passionate team of moms, nerds, data analysts, marketers, supply chain consultants that have gone through the entire margin structure of retail with a fine toothcomb, and now use optimization and integration softwares to maximize efficiencies. We also avoid wasteful expenditures like fancy pack graphics, million-dollar videos etc. so that we can give back the savings to customers.
Are there any monthly or annual fees ?
Nope. Nada. Nyet.
How long do I get commissions for?
These are life-long commissions as long as you abide by the MyPerks Terms and Conditions and in good standing as a PantryPerks customer. Your account would be scheduled for a review and a feedback call (we call it “The Good Call”) every three years so we know you continue to be excited about the mission we are on and can take your valuable feedback. Nothing more.
So remember, the earlier you get on the bandwagon, the longer you get to build your network and enjoy the earnings.
How do I get my payouts?
You can indicate your preferred payout method in the MyPerks section. We can do PayPal, ACH or Check.
How often do I get my payouts?
Every month on the 15th.
Are there any monthly minimum purchases ?
Yup. $60 or more site-wide in a calendar month.
Do I need to buy inventory for resale?
No. Not at all. We are not a multi-level marketing company that requires you to buy inventory for resale. These purchases are for your own pantry stocking and consumption.
Is PantryPerks a pyramid scheme?
Nopes. We do not pay to hire associates. We do not ask that consumers buy inventory for resale. We do not sell private label brands. And we do not ask that you hold parties at home or in Twitterspace.
Do you sell private label ?
No. We don’t sell private label. We sell only nationally-recognized name-brands of organic, natural and specialty products that you would see in national and regional natural grocery stores such as Sprouts, WholeFoods etc.
We choose brands that have had a great history of quality and service to their customers, and share our vision and passion of serving you in the very best and economically efficient way.

How did PantryPerks come into being?
PantryPerks was originally conceived as the Perks Project – a brainchild of two students of Northwestern University and University of Michigan to challenge traditional supply chain economics and figure out a way to redistribute those margins among consumers. We are also passionate about natural, organic and specialty products that are good for your body and the planet, so decided to use those principles of technology, supply chain and social commerce to this space.

Should I expect to receive a tax form from PantryPerks?

Depending on your account status, the taxpayer information you've submitted to PantryPerks, and other factors, you may receive a tax form from PantryPerks.

As always, we encourage you to consult a tax professional for assistance reporting your income. If you think you've submitted the wrong information, you can make changes to taxpayer information you've already submitted. PantryPerks expects to issue tax forms to the following categories of persons:

  • US persons who have earned over $20,000 and had 200+ reservations The US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires US companies that process payments, including PantryPerks, to report gross earnings for all US users who earn over $20,000 and have 200+ transactions in the calendar year. If you exceed both IRS thresholds in a calendar year, PantryPerks will issue you a Form 1099-K.
  • Delivery of Form 1099-K
  • Any Form 1099-K issued to you will be available in your Payout Preferences. You'll receive an email notification when your form is ready, typically in late January of each year. We also mail a copy to the address you provided along with your taxpayer information, unless you opted for electronic delivery only. You may receive more than one Form 1099-K if your taxpayer information is listed on multiple PantryPerks accounts.
